The goal of the GOLD report is to provide an unbiased review of the current evidence for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with COPD.
GASP (Global Access to Spirometry Project) in a Box
This document outlines a practical, concrete strategy for developing a diagnostic spirometry program and providing asthma education in developing countries and underserved areas of developed countries. It draws on the experience gained from developing such a program in Guyana, South America, by a respiratory specialist team in Vancouver, BC, Canada, in collaboration with the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation and the Guyana Ministry of Health.

Burden of disease in francophone Africa, 1990-2017: a systematic analysis for the Global Burden of Disease Study 2017
Peer-reviewed literature on health is almost exclusively published in English, limiting the uptake of research for decision making in francophone African countries. We used results from the Global Burden of Diseases, Injuries, and Risk Factors Study (GBD) 2017 to assess the burden of disease in francophone Africa and inform health professionals and their partners in the region.
