NEST Partners Meeting 2025 Report (French)
The third edition of the NEST Partners Meeting took place in Abidjan (Ivory Coast) from 7 to 10 July 2025. This regional meeting brought together all organizations working with the Chiesi Foundation in neonatal care in French-speaking sub-Saharan Africa: Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Ivory Coast, Central African Republic, Senegal, and Togo.

In 2016, we applied the well-known Theory of Change methodology to the NEST Project to further focus and complete the description of the essential elements and specific activities necessary to achieve the project’s mission and to arrive at the complete design of the Neonatal Care Unit (NCU) Model that we intend to propose and implement in resource-limited settings.
